After three sessions with Caroline, Z’s scores increased by a total of 230 points, 90 of which were in Math. Caroline’s style, knowledge, and motivation are impressive. Jesse did an amazing job helping my son W. raise his SAT math score by 100 points!! W. has worked with another math tutor for quite some time and W. was getting frustrated with his math score. W. took the make-up SAT in February and he raised his math score from 700 to a perfect 800! Jesse helped him focus to achieve this score.
Duane was incredibly helpful in preparing my daughter for SAT Critical Reading. My son was accepted early to Dartmouth. He was just notified that he is a National Merit Finalist. He took the SAT twice as his calculator didn’t work the first time he took them. So he got 800 both times on the Critical Reading, Math 690 then 770 and Writing 740 to 760. Your teachers helped – no question.
I can’t tell you how happy I am with E.’s new super score after all of the hard work that she and Luke put into this past year. I had to drop a letter to you to let you know how wonderful and encouraging and patient Luke was. He is an absolute superstar! Luke really understood what she needed between her test anxiety and lower math/ science score and his combination approach and tactics for stress relief and focusing truly paid off. After having worked with another tutor prior to Luke I can say that he deserves all the praise. After each session that E. would complete with Luke he would send me a detailed report on what area was focused on and specific tailored homework for her to complete for the next session. It was winning, creative combination approach that was genius! All I can say is he was more than a tutor, he was a cheerleader, a creative problem solver and a teacher who TRULY cared. I can’t thank you enough for helping us to unlock E.’s potential by connecting us with Luke.
My son worked with Nitin to prepare for the AP exam in Comp Sci. Nitin so inspired my son that he is now seeking to major in Comp Sci at college. He just scored a 5 on his AP exam thanks to Nitin’s patient and caring manner. Thanks to Lynn and all her tutors my children have excelled.
Laurie quickly became the full time math tutor for both my daughters, and then became their tutor for the SSAT prep for high school.
