Why take a Diagnostic Course:
Learn about the SAT and ACT. Our SAT/ACT Diagnostic Courses are taught by experienced teachers and available for Standard Time and Extended Time students. They consist of four sessions:
- An introduction to the SAT
- A timed practice SAT administered in a simulated testing environment
- An introduction to the ACT
- A timed practice ACT administered in a simulated testing environment
Determine a personal preference between the tests. Upon the completion of the course, students and families receive a personalized consultation with test prep expert, Jerry Carnegie. This consultation helps students and families interpret the results of the practice tests and identify a preference between the SAT and ACT.
Map out a testing timeline and personalized preparation plan. After determining a preference between the SAT and ACT, we customize a testing timeline and personalized plan to help students prepare.
